These different consistencies are beyond our control and as a result we cannot offer refunds on the canes. If necessary, we can offer an exchange, as soon as the previously purchased cane is returned (cost of shipping to return is the buyer's responsibility. as is the cost of shipping the replacement). Be advised that there may be a restocking fee as well.
