Designed to slip over the wrist to accent any shirt or costume. Made of Dazzle fabric (polyester) with lace accents & elastic at the wrists.

Cuffs are 9.5" in length with a 2" scallop lace edge. Two tier cuffs with a generous amount of material creates 32" diameter cuff.
**Wearing lace was quite popular for both men & women from the 1650's - 1780's. Lace was often sewn onto shirts or waistcoats.**
